Stacked Publications is a small business with big dreams. After spending five years exploring the beautiful Cape Winelands and producing informational, photographic coffee table books on three of the Cape Wineland regions namely Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl & Wellington, the company has focussed on books to inspire others to explore new worlds of flavour. The first book in the series was all about the fascinating world of bottle fermented bubbly: - Celebrating Méthode Cap Classique - . The second book is all about chocolate in South Africa: - CHOCOLATE’S AFRICAN ODYSSEY - . The third book will be an eye opener and what comes next is anyone’s guess.
CAPE TOWN LAUNCH
Stacked Publications is holding the book launch for the new SA Chocolate book - CHOCOLATE’S AFRICAN ODYSSEY - on a chilli chocolate morning in Cape Town at 10.30am on Saturday 13th July 2013. Come and enjoy a cup of steaming hot chocolate and chocolate cookies for morning tea.

JOHANNESBURG LAUNCH
The Johannesburg launch of the Chocolate book will take place at The Coffee and Chocolate Expo at the Turbine Hall in Newtown Johannesburg from the 19th - 21st July 2013. The Expo will be open from 9am to 6pm daily. This is the first ever such expo to happen in South African – and hopefully not the last.
